  Let me first start by saying the legal assistant Nancy was very helpful in getting the process started and making sure I understood what I needed to do. In my particular situation I have a family member that wanted to solicit their services but doesn't speak/write or understand very good English. Once I provided the information they needed i was expected to receive a draft of the documents. Instead the Lawyer Anne Janes decided to call and speak with said person and decided she could not proceed due to the nature of communication. Needless to say my family member was distraught after her call and felt as though she was very condescending over the phone. I took it upon myself to follow up with Anne and I too had a lengthy heated conversation about the situation and even though I speak/write and understand English in its entirety I too felt that she was very condescending and not compassionate at all to understanding the complexity of the matter. Right from the start of the conversation she was combative, offensive, and just plain rude. We will not pursue obtaining her services and do not recommend those who have language barriers to solicit her services either.
